Regular Automations

Regular automations in Proma allow you to create complex workflows triggered by various events.

Triggers

  • Row created/updated/deleted
  • Column value changed
  • Status changes
  • User actions

Setting Up Automations

  1. Create Automation

    • Navigate to Automation view
    • Click “New Automation”
    • Name your workflow
    • Choose trigger type
  2. Configure Trigger

    • Select event type
    • Set conditions
    • Define parameters
    • Configure scheduling (if applicable)
  3. Build Workflow

    • Add actions using Logic Builder
    • Configure each step
    • Set conditions
    • Handle errors
  4. Test and Deploy

    • Run test scenarios
    • Verify outcomes
    • Enable automation
    • Monitor performance

Enable cross-board capabilities via:

  • Property editor configuration
  • Permission settings
  • Data access controls
